General Commentary and Game Overview
Although the demo has a great engine, and the graphics are cartoony in a good way, the music and the level design really need work.

Pros Exellent choice of flashy and colorful graphics that can, solid engine that dosn't crash or get you stuck, even the enemy AI is good (execpt for the final boss, for me it kept sinking lower until half of it's face is buried).

Cons The only items you get are extremely annoying because of the floating 'stepping stones', music keeps starting over every other room, and the final boss keeps sinking until half of it's face is buried.

Impressions
Gameplay
7 / 10
I think it's pretty good as much as I got to see. You don't get stuck, but I never seen Morph Ball or slope support, plus it's hard to get used to Samus's flipping animation.

Graphics
9 / 10
The graphics are flashy and cartoony, and although the backgrounds are ripped, they still look good behind the sprites, the only thing I'm conserned about is how some enemies have a black outline around them.

Sound
6 / 10
Meh. The music keeps starting over every other room, however other than that it's okay. However, I do like the ending screen music.

Replay
6 / 10
Well, you probably played it once, got to the final boss, killed it for 0%, then played it again to get the items and do it again. At least it has more replay value than Fusion.

Final Words
7 / 10
Great collisions, awsome graphics, and although the music and level design need lots of work, I give it a 7/10. I think the developer is on the right track for a Metroid Fangame.
