Here's some random stuff I've been working on lately:
Metroid +H Boss Demo:

Neither of these are totally polished but they are getting there O_o
The +H boss ended up not fitting in the demo, so it might be removed or modded and saved for the full game or something. BTW the music is just a placeholder, its kinda cool though
Controls:
Arrowkeys to move
S-Jump
D-Shoot/bombs
F-Missiles
Hold A to moonwalk
Hold S to charge
HOW TO KILL THE BOSS: I dunno how to do the spoiler thing, so just don't read this if you want to figure it out on your own. Anyways, the boss is powered by the 3 chozo statues(I think their chozos atleast), and they give it an unpenetrable shield. They also have their own shields, but they are lowered when shooting at you (they will turn golden). So when they are gold blast away. After you destroy all 3 statues the boss's shield will be lowered and he will turn red, you now continue to blast the **** out of him til he blows up. The music will continue and there is nowhere to go after you beat him, but hey atleast you won XD
As for the (very incomplete, but sturdy) Super Metroid engine, I was just bored and wanted to see if I could pull it off XD Though I have no real use for the engine I probably won't finish it and might just post it open source for someone to use. Who knows. It's got all the stuff like turning, running, spinjump, walljump, ducking and morphball with transitions, 2 different falling animations, and pretty much the same mechanics as SM, with a couple changes though XD It uses the same controls posted above.
